What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file the website places on the visitor's device; similar technologies (e.g. the browser's local storage) can likewise store information on the device. These can support the website's operation and convenience features.

Which technologies does this website use?

• Functional, session-level storage (sessionStorage): stores a single flag (ll_intro) so the intro animation is shown only once per session. It does not identify any person and is deleted when the browser is closed.
• Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google's servers; in the process the visitor's IP address may be transferred to Google. This is not a cookie, but we mention it here for transparency.

The base version uses no analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) or marketing/advertising cookies, and performs no profiling.

How can you manage or delete these?

Session storage is deleted automatically when the browser is closed. In your browser you can view, manage and delete stored data and cookies at any time (usually under "Settings → Privacy and security"). External font loading can be limited via the browser's privacy settings or suitable extensions.
