Details in the Cookie notice · Cookie settings. In short: the website’s own scripts do not set any cookies. They use the browser’s storage to remember your cookie choice (ll_consent) and to show the intro animation only once (ll_intro); these do not identify anyone and do not require consent. The fonts are served from our own hosting.
Campaign data: if you arrive by clicking one of our ads or campaign links and choose “Accept all” in the cookie bar, the link’s campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), its ad click identifier (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and the address of the landing page are stored until the browser tab is closed (ll_attr), and we receive them together with any quote request or contact message you send. Retention: the same as for the quote request or message (sections 3.1 and 3.2). The website currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies; should we introduce any, we will list them beforehand and use them only with your consent.
Personal data may be transferred to the following processors, solely for the purposes above, under a written data-processing agreement:
How forms are handled: form submissions are forwarded by our own script running on the website’s hosting, via the hosting provider’s mail server, by email to office@logicledger.hu (Microsoft 365 mail system); form data is not stored on the hosting server.
Important distinction: within the accounting service – i.e. regarding data relating to the bookkeeping and payroll of client companies – the Controller typically acts as a data processor, under the contract and a separate data-processing agreement with the client. This notice concerns the processing of website visitors' data.
Using the Microsoft 365 mail system may involve a transfer outside the European Economic Area (e.g. to the USA). Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) or on standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). We do not transfer data to any other third country.
The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction, data portability, objection, and – for consent-based processing – withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). Rights may be exercised using the contact details above. The Controller responds without undue delay, within one month at the latest.
A complaint may be lodged with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; mailing address: 1363 Budapest, Pf.: 9.; email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; web: naih.hu). The data subject may also seek a judicial remedy.
The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures (e.g. an encrypted HTTPS connection, access restrictions) to protect personal data.
The Controller reserves the right to amend this notice. The version in force is always available on the website.
